Choose the reward budget that fits your team

With our flexible rewards budgets, you give employees rewards for their efforts each month. We offer rewards for any budget. You choose how many points you make available per employee. Saving for gift cards, for example, is possible from as little as €1.50 per employee per month.

Points are redeemable for gifts, experiences or self-selected rewards through our webshop.

How does it work?

The number of points and total budget are tailored to the specific needs of your organization and can be further refined during an intake meeting with one of our specialists.
